How Ron trains athletes
Every sport puts different demands on your body. Your program starts with how you move and what your sport asks of you.
1. Assessment first. Ron looks at how you move and where your sport puts stress on your body.
2. Better mechanics. Using the wrong form can still get results, until it leads to injury. Coaching focuses on efficient, science-backed movement.
3. Sport-specific strength and power. Your program builds the strength, speed, agility, and endurance your sport demands, with injury prevention built in.

Who sports performance training is for
Whether you compete or just love to play, sports performance training can be a good fit if you are:
An adult athlete looking for an edge
A runner training for a race, from 5K to marathon
A golfer, tennis player, or pickleball player who wants to move better
A weekend warrior who wants to keep playing without getting sidelined
Getting back to your sport after time off
If you're coming back from an injury, get cleared by your doctor or physical therapist first. Ron can then help you rebuild strength and movement for your sport.

Built around your season
Your program is built around your sport, your schedule, and where you are in your season, then adjusted as you progress.
Off-season work might focus on building strength and fixing weak links. In-season training keeps you strong and moving well without wearing you down.
Train smarter, not just harder.
